BEBAN KERJA PSIKOLOGIS DAN FISIK DENGAN NASA-TLX DAN CARDIOVASCULAR LOAD (CVL)

The unsafe behavior of workers causing work injuries and accidents is an important concern the world so it embraced by psychological physical measurements. study aims to analyze workload employees in quality control (QC) division, measured National Aeronautics Space Administration Task Load Index (NASA-TLX) method, based on percentage Cardiovascular (% CVL) 15 QC division. research step was carried out measuring 5 aspects, namely: Psychological demand (MD), Physical Demand (PD), Own Performance (OP), Effort (EF) Frustration Level (FR), weighting, rating calculating Weighted Workload (WWL) Value, determining average WWL interpretation score value with CVL. measurement maximum pulse rate at (DNK) rest (DNI) determine results using NASA-TLX that 2 (13.33%) were a low category while 11 (73.33%) medium category, high proposed improvements addition reduce workload. CVL method less than 30% categorized as "No Fatigue" there no improvement or division do not experience scale data larger population recommended be tested future studies.
